How to find exclusive and coming soon listings
- Open Listed
- Go to the Browse tab
- Open the Filter
- Turn MLS off
- Tap the “Map” view
- Zoom out to the area you want to see exclusive listings in
- Tap the draw pencil located in the upper-right-hand area of the map
- Place your finger on the map and draw a boundary shape for the area in which you would like to see exclusive listings
- OR skip this step by tapping “Save” and it will draw a square shape for you.
- Tap “Save” and give your shape a name
- Tap “Create”
- Congratulations! You’re done
I followed the above steps but I still don’t see any exclusive listings, why?
Be patient. The listing agent has to send them to you.
You’ll see listings once they are sent to you in a direct, one-to-one communication from the listing agent directly. This doesn’t happen instantly because they “really have to send it to you”. It is not automated because of the law, we let them know you are interested (determined by the saved search you created, as described above). Relax. You will be alerted once listings have been sent to you. You can find listing notifications in your Alerts tab. And, in your Me tab > Listings > Received Broker List® listings.
What if…
- I don’t like the shape I drew?
- Tap the ‘cancel’ in the top-right of the map
- Tap the pencil and redraw the shape
- I want to change my Saved Search or drawn shape?
- Delete or rename your Saved Search by tapping the three dots, or ‘long-pressing’ on it and choosing delete or rename, or ‘swipe-left’ to delete it
- Draw a new shape and give it a new name
- You cannot currently edit a Saved Search, you can create a new one and delete the old one
- I want to share the shape and filters without having to save it.
- Tap the ‘Share’ icon on the map and share it by any of the presented choices, including text, email, social media or copy the link.
- I want to find my Saved Searches?
- Tap your finger in the search bar and choose “Go to Saved Searches” from the options, or
- Go to your Lists tab located in the lower left portion of your screen and tap it and you’ll see Saved Searches, tap it.
- If don’t see ‘Saved Searches’ just tap the lists tap again or look for the “Back” option at the top left (in case you were previously in a deeper layer).
