Add your listing and shortly after you’ll receive matched interest

• Upload your listing and publish it

• Shortly after you’ll receive an ‘alert’ notifying you of agent that we suggest you send your listing to in a direct, one-to-one communication

• The suggestions you receive are either because the cooperating agent, or their client, had a ‘saved search’ matching your listing—we do not let them know it matched—we let YOU (the listing agent) know it matched so that you can choose to send it to them, or not.

1. After uploading your listing you’ll receive an alert

2. Tap the alert to go to the ‘Send listing’ screen

3. Tap ‘Send’ to send the listing to other agents directly
