Add clients to Listed to connect them to you
Do you know your client’s phone number?

Step-by-step
Add clients to pair them with your Listed app before letting them know about it.
- Go to the "Me" tab
- Tap "Clients"
- Tap "Add Clients"
- Tap "Add client"
- Add your client’s phone number either manually or by importing a contact
- Tap “Continue” to confirm your selection or add more contacts (optional)
- Tap “Invite” to share the invitation link with your client
Please note
If you're adding a client outside of regular hours, you can tap "Done" to skip sending the invitation link right away. To send it later, follow steps 1 to 3 to return to the “Add Clients” screen or go to
Me Tab > Clients > Add Clients. Any pending clients will be listed there, along with an "Invite" or "Invite again" button next to their name.- Tap “Done”
- Tap “Done” and you will see a confirmation banner that you added them
How to send or re-send the invitation link
To send it later, follow steps 1 to 3 to return to the “Add Clients” screen or go to
Me Tab > Clients > Add Clients. Any pending clients will be listed there, along with an "Invite" or "Invite again" button next to their name.
What happens after?
Visit and share the client article or refer to it yourself as the guide for helping clients understand how to download Listed and get signed up with you.
You will receive an alert when your client has signed up. It will appear on the “Alerts” tab.
