What are Dynamic Links?
A dynamic link can be changed in the future. That’s why it’s dynamic!
This makes them perfect for printing because the QR code doesn’t change; only the end destination does. They can be used for lawn signs, print material and across websites, social media, or other places online.
How to create one?
1. Go to the “Me” tab, tap “Marketing” and tap “Dynamic Links”.
2. Tap the “Create dynamic link” button, give it a title, paste your URL, and tap “Continue”.
3. a Tap the rainbow button and personalized your QR Code!
Choose profile picture, brokerage logo, or upload your own by selecting ‘Custom image’
When you choose ‘Custom image’ you can choose between: Take Photo, Choose Photo, Browse Files
Now you can customize the colour by tapping a preset tint
Or, you can tap Solid or Gradient to change it to your exact brand colour - just tap the colour dot to the right of the primary and secondary Custom colours located ind the rainbow circle to the right:
Finely tune your colour choice or add an exact HEX code. You get to these screens by tapping the names of the sections located just above the colour palettes, ie ‘Grid’ | ‘Spectrum’ | ‘Slider’
Finally, you can choose how the corners and the interior of the code look by going to Eye Pattern (corners) and Pixel pattern (interior) :
Then choose ‘Done’ and then ‘Close’
Tap “Share” to share the link or tap “Save to Photos” to save the QR code.
How to change the link?
To change the destination where people go when clicking your link or scanning your QR code, follow the steps below:
- Tap “Edit”
- Change the destination URL and tap “Done”
- Finally, tap “Save” and you’re done! No need to reprint or reshare your QR code.
What can they be used for?
Open House Sign
Event postponed? Service hours changed? Update the link’s destination instantly without having to reshare or reprint the original QR code and your audience always gets the latest info.
Business Cards
Add your QR code to your business cards or flyers to keep your marketing materials current, no matter how your real estate business evolves. Your printed materials stay relevant and it’s a smarter way to always connect clients to your latest listings.
Sign Riders or Danglers
Print a QR code on your sign and when the property sells, update the link to direct your clients to your next listing. No need to reprint the sign. Just move it to the next property, update the link and you're done.
