How to Block and Remove Clients on Listed
Go to —> Me tab > Clients > Current Clients > Select a client > 3-dots > Remove and Block
What this feature does:
- For Agents:
- it allows you to remove a client from your client list
- it removes notifications related to the client and agent relationship
- It deletes the client’s account and ensures that the client cannot sign up with you again in the future.
- If you deleted or blocked a client or prospect in error, please text us “I blocked a client / prospect in error, please help me” to +1 647-560-1026 for assistance from Listed Support
See the flow below:
- Go to the “Me Tab”
- Tap “Clients”
- Tap “Current Clients”
- Tap “the name of your client”
- Tap the three dot menu in the upper right of the screen
- Tap “Remove and Block”
- Tap “Remove and Block” or “Cancel” if done by mistake
- Tap “Okay”
