Easily view all listings in a list
If you’re working through multiple units at the same address, re-typing the search every time you close a listing slows you down. Here’s a faster workflow that keeps everything in one place.

Step 1: Use the ‘Search’ to get to a List View
- Type a partial address in the search bar (e.g. ‘32 dav’ for Davenport)
- Start your search with the unit number first, if known, ie. ‘1001 32 Dav…’
- Searching by unit number returns the exact listing at that property location if one exists
- A broad search catches all units, including any missing a unit number in the data
- Choose any option, all you want to do is get the map so you can confine your search to a precise boundary to see all the listings within it
Step 2: Draw a Shape on the Map
- From the search results, tap any property address to locate it’s location on the map
- Tap the pencil (or plot) tool, then draw a shape around the building
- Listed captures every listing within that shape
- All results appear in list view without any further searching
Step 3: Set Your Filters
- Open the filter from the top left of the screen located just under the search bar, then Tap “Reset to Default Filters” to ensure any previous filters are cleared.
- Then manually add Sold and Delisted if you want to expand the results to unavailable listings as well as available listings.
- Search history goes back 2 years
- Individual listing history goes back 14 years
Step 4: Sort by Newest
- Tap “Sort” and select “Newest”
- Tap it even if it’s already on newest, just to confirm it’s applied
- Note: it’s an edge case but listings that have been suspended prior to having an unavailable status (such as terminated, expired or sold applied) may appear slightly out of order because the days back since the status became unavailable is calculated differently due to the time it was suspended
- Days-back is calculated from the suspended date but it’s location in the list is calculated according to the expiry date
Step 5: Easily Open and Compare Listings
- From the list, open each listing, review it, close it, and move to the next
- To cross-reference with Board software on your desktop:
- Tap the three dots and choose Open in Realm directly
- Or tap Share, then Copy or AirDrop to open on your computer
- On Android: copy the URL and paste it into your browser
- Then, tap the three dots and go to your “Open in Board Software”
