How to create a Coming Soon listing on Listed.

On Listed, you can create both Coming Soon and Exclusive listings. You can change the listing type later. This article explains how to create a Coming Soon listing.

The “Listings” row was tapped on the Me tab, then the “Add Broker List® Listing” row was tapped.
Finally, “Create listing” was tapped. — The “Listings” row was tapped on the Me tab, then the “Add Broker List® Listing” row was tapped. Finally, “Create listing” was tapped.

On the Me tab, tap the “Listings” row, then tap “Add Broker List® Listing”. If you had drafts, you would see them here, but in this case, we have none and want to create a new listing. Tap “Create listing”.

The “Coming Soon” listing type was tapped and the legal paperwork disclaimer was checked, then “Continue” was tapped.

Tap “Coming Soon”. The characteristics of the listing type will be shown. Tap the checkmark to confirm that you have already submitted the appropriate listing paperwork to your brokerage and tap “Continue”.

June 27 was tapped, then “Continue” was tapped.

Select the date you intend your listing to go live on the MLS® and tap “Continue”.

Scrolled down to see the details of the “Consumer public marketing period” and tapped “Continue”.

If needed, review the date confirmation, scroll down to see the “Consumer public marketing period,” and tap “Continue.” If you need to change it, you can go back to the previous screen.

“For Sale” was selected and “Continue” was tapped, then a listing price was entered and “Continue” was tapped.

Select the transaction type. For example, tap “For Sale” and tap “Continue”. Enter a listing price, then tap “Continue”.

The “24 Fleming Cres” search result was tapped, then “Continue” was tapped.

Enter an address. For example, type “24 fl” to search “24 Fleming Cres,” tap one of the search results below, confirm the address details if needed, and tap “Continue.”

The greyed out “Publish” button was tapped and a message appeared. “Okay” was tapped and two fields had borders turn red: the “Photos” section and the “Cooperating Commission” section are required.

If you try to publish your listing when the “Publish” button is grey, a message will appear on your screen because you need at least a photo and a cooperating commission. Both fields will have a red border; you can scroll down to see the cooperating commission or other listing information you’d like to fill out.

The purple “Publish” button was tapped, then “Publish” was tapped on the alert to confirm. The listing was published and a confirmation banner appeared at the top of the screen.

When the listing has the minimum information required, the “Publish” button will become purple and can be tapped to publish the listing. Tap “Publish,” confirm by tapping “Publish” on the alert, and you will see your listing detail page with a confirmation banner at the top. Congratulations - you’ve successfully created and published a Coming Soon listing!
