Update your client facing Phone # and email on Listed
Change the email and phone number you clients contact you from easily from your Me Tab → Profile→Edit→Contact Preferences
There are two places to change your email and phone number in Listed.
- Your contact number and email that is front-facing for clients
- Your internal account phone number and email with Listed
Change your contact phone and email for clients
This is the email and phone number that is public facing for clients
- Go to Me Tab
- Tap Profile
- Tap Edit (top right)
- Tap “Contact Preferences”
- Enter the phone number you want clients to call you at when they tap the phone icon (Note: this can be different from your cell phone, it can be the office phone or your assistants phone number)
- Enter the email you want clients to email you at (Note: this can be different from the account email you have with Listed)
- Go “Back” when done
- Tap Save (top right) OR Cancel (top left)
- And, success🎉
Change your Listed account contact email
Email
This is the email that is your internal account email and you can change it. Remember to tap the verification email after you change your email. It will be sent to you within 10 minutes of you changing it in your profile.
Cell phone number
The cell number which is your Listed “account number” for Listed and only Listed can change this for you.
