There are two places to change your email and phone number in Listed.
Account (phone) number
Your account (phone) number must be your cellular number. It’s used to verify you and look up your Listed account. If your cell number changes please contact us +1 647-560-1026.
Contact (phone) number
Your contact phone number is front-facing for clients and can be any type of number (mobile, office, CRM etc.)
Internal Account
Cell phone number
To change your cell number, text us at 647-560-1026 for assistance.
Account email
To change your account e-mail go to ME → PROFILE → Edit (top right)

Swipe to get to the bottom of the profile page and re-enter your email, under account email, and then tap ‘save’. Then go to your email to verify your email.

How to change the contact phone and email clients see.
This is the email and phone number that is public facing for clients

- Go to Me Tab
- Tap Profile
- Tap Edit (top right)
- Tap “Contact Preferences”
- Enter the phone number you want clients to call you at when they tap the phone icon (Note: this can be different from your cell phone, it can be the office phone or your assistants phone number)
- Enter the email you want clients to email you at (Note: this can be different from the account email you have with Listed)
- Go “Back” when done
- Tap Save (top right) OR Cancel (top left)
- And, success🎉
