1. Coming Soon
Tap “Coming Soon” to set the listing draft as a Coming Soon listing.
Choosing “Coming Soon” as the listing type means that once published, your listing:
- Has a date to go live on the MLS®
- Is visible to the public on Listed for up to 72 hours prior to going Live on the MLS®
- Is treated like an Exclusive listing until entering its consumer public marketing period
Next, tap “Live on MLS® date” to edit the date that the listing goes live on the MLS®.
Next, tap “Done” to close the listing type page, then tap “Save draft” to save your changes.
💡 Tips
Scroll down on the Listing type page to check the public marketing period of your Coming Soon listing draft. The information in this area updates automatically based on the Live on MLS® date you select.
As shown, you can double-check when your Coming Soon listing draft will become visible to agents and consumers on Listed once published. The timestamps are displayed in your local timezone for convenience, covering the three-day public marketing period.
2. Exclusive
Tap “Exclusive” to set the listing draft as an Exclusive listing.
Choosing “Exclusive” as the listing type means that once published, your listing:
- Is not intended to go to the MLS®
- Is never publicly visible to consumers
- Is visible to agents within your brokerage and agents from other brokerages with whom you have sent the listing to in a direct one-to-one communication
Next, tap to select an expiry date in the calendar view further down the page. Swipe your finger on the calendar view to scroll across months if necessary.
The expiry date is valid when it occurs after today.
Next, tap “Done” to close the listing type page, then tap “Save draft” to save your changes.
Finally, after you have done editing the listing draft type, tap “Save draft” to save your changes. A banner will show at the top of the page to confirm your listing draft was saved.
Congratulations - you’ve successfully changed the listing type of your listing draft!
