How can we help?

How to share or send a Broker List® listing.

Learn how to share Exclusive and Coming Soon listings on Listed. Broker List® is compliant with the laws and regulations from the CREA.

Listing Agents

  • Listing agents have two types of “matched interest”, interest from other agents and interest from their own clients. Whereas, Cooperating agents only have one type of “matched interest” which is from their own or their clients Saved Searches matching a listing agents listing.
  • Listing agents have a row called “Others’ Matched Interest” where they can see the ‘demand’ or ‘matched’ interest from other agents and then choose to send it to them (or not send it to them) in a simple, direct, one-to-one communication.
  • Cooperating agents (and Listing agents) have a row on the listing details page called My Matched Interest. For both, the interest in the page refers to interest from clients Saved Searches or the agent’s own Saved Searches.
The “Others Matched Interest” row is shown on both Coming Soon and Exclusive listings for the listing agent, co-listing agent and brokerage admin.

If you are the listing agent, co-listing agent, or brokerage admin, you can send a Broker List® listing to agents outside of your brokerage in a direct one-to-one communication on Listed. Using this method will let you find Broker List® listings you’ve sent in a list. The list can be accessed under Me tab > Listings > Send Broker List® listings If you are a cooperating agent, a Broker List® listing will be visible when it was sent to you in a direct one-to-one communication. You won’t be able to share it, unless it’s a Coming Soon listing during its public marketing period. Clients never see Exclusive listings, but can only see and share Coming Soon listings when they are in their public marketing period.

Send (within the app)

Only the listing agent, co-listing agent or brokerage admin can send a Broker List® listing to agents outside of their brokerage. If you are a cooperating agent, you can only share Coming Soon listings within their public marketing period.
