Notes for clients can be added on MLS® or Coming Soon listings. You can’t add a note on Exclusive listings for your clients because they can’t view these listings. Keep in mind that clients will only see notes on Coming Soon listings when they are within their publicly allowable marketing period.

Add key information for your clients
Only your clients can see a note you leave on a listing. When your clients like listings, they automatically receive alerts for status updates and if their agent left a note or guessed the price.

Take advantage of a time-sensitive opportunity
If your clients have “Matched Interest” for a Coming Soon listing, it’s your chance to add a note before the listing becomes public. It is crucial for neighbourhoods with low inventories or high demand. When a Coming Soon listing enters its first day of public marketing period, any consumers can see it and your clients will receive an alert stating that a new listing matched their Saved Search.
