How to change the property address of my listing draft.

Learn how to navigate your listing draft to add a description, as well as inclusions and exclusions of the listing if necessary.

Summary

  1. Navigate to Your Draft:
      • On the Me tab, tap Listings and then Add Broker List® Listing. Access your drafts from here.
  1. Change Your Draft Address:
      • Tap a draft to open its Summary page, then tap Description, Inclusions, and Exclusions respectively to access each page.
  1. Property Address Options:
    1. Make sure to edit all related address information, including the property’s:
      • Location
      • Unit number, if any
      • Street number
      • Street name
      • City
      • Province
      • Postal code
      Then, edit and double check any relevant information if necessary.
  1. Save Your Draft:
      • After editing property address, tap Save, then Save draft to save your changes.

Step-by-step Instructions

Open a listing draft. Then, swipe your finger upward to scroll down the page, and tap “Property Address” to open the draft’s property address page.

Follow this article to learn more about how to edit each address information. Once you have changed the listing draft property address and want to close the address page, tap “Save”, then tap “Save draft” to save your changes.
 

1. Location pin

Tap the map preview to begin editing the property location using a golden pin marker.
Next, use one finger to pan the map to the desired area or two fingers to zoom in and out. The pin will move as you pan or zoom. Once satisfied with the location of the pin, tap “Confirm location”.
The map preview will automatically update to show the new location of the property.

💡 Tips
On an iPhone, Listed app supports live location editing. Use this feature to quickly move the listing pin to your current location when you’re at the property address. Tap the arrow button in the full-screen map to activate it.

Next, proceed to edit other address details as listed below.
 

2. Address details

In addition to editing the listing pin location, update all other relevant address details on the “Property address” page to maintain listing integrity and reach your intended audience.
 
Swipe upward to scroll down the page and locate all relevant address details for editing. Tap each field and use the keyboard to make changes.
 
Listed app supports editing all property address information in detail, including:
  • Its street number
  • Its street direction prefix
  • Its street name
  • Its street type
  • Its street direction suffix
  • Its city
  • Its province
  • Its postal code

Next, tap “Save” to save changes and close the property address page.
 

 
Finally, after you have done editing the listing draft property address, swipe your finger downward to scroll to the top of the Summary page, then tap “Save draft” to save your changes. A banner will show at the top of the page to confirm your listing draft was saved.
