How to ensure maximum exposure on your Broker List® listing?

Learn how to ensure you never miss an off-market listing.

Add Property Details

To ensure a maximum exposure on your listings, it’s important to fill out as much information as possible. For example, a listing with an unknown number of bedrooms or parking spaces could be harder to find when using filters. For more information, read below what happens if you don’t specify the number of total parking spaces and filter for 0 to 2 spaces.

Example with an unknown number of parking spaces If the total number of parking spaces is not specified, the listing row will show “Park: —” and when there is a filter for “0 to 2 parking spaces”, the listing won’t be shown because it’s impossible to know if an “unknown number” would match 0, 1 or 2 parking spaces. Therefore, it’s always better to specify a value. If there are no spaces, zero should be used rather than leaving the field as “unknown”.

💡
Be sure to add core details like beds, baths and parking! Or exposure for your listing may be diminished because it won’t match searches that it may have otherwise matched with. See example of “Parking” below.
